Usage:

Soup: Add 1 spoon to 2 cups of water, boil for 10 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. 

 

Rice: Add 1–2 spoons to cooked rice with a little sesame oil, ghee, or your preferred oil. Mix well. 

 

Idli / Dosa: Add 1–2 spoons to a bowl, mix with a little oil, and enjoy as podi with idli or dosa.
